For the first time in Greece, Humanis, in partnership with the Yale School of Management, is implementing an internationally recognized Executive program, targeting C-level executives, CEOs and Board members, who are called to lead in an environment of rapid technological and social changes. Responding to a clear need in the Greek market for high-level, organized leadership development, this initiative comes to offer a world-class experience, implemented in Greece and designed to meaningfully engage with the local business, institutional and cultural framework. This way, Greek executives don’t need to seek individual programs abroad — with high costs, time and absence from their organization — nor limit themselves to online solutions that don’t ensure the required depth and dynamic exchange of experiences.
Yale School of Management: Where the program focuses
The two-day program titled “Leading with Wisdom in the Age of AI” focuses on strategic understanding and responsible utilization of Artificial Intelligence, examining not only its technological capabilities, but also its deeper implications for decision-making, governance, organizational culture and the human factor in leadership.

In an era where Artificial Intelligence is redefining how we work, decide and lead, the program offers a comprehensive thinking framework that combines international academic knowledge, practical tools and ethical approaches. Its goal is to empower participants to lead with clarity, judgment and responsibility, maintaining human purpose at the core of their strategy. The program is exclusively targeted at C-level executives, CEOs and Board members, with a limited number of 40 participants, ensuring high levels of interaction, meaningful dialogue and exchange of experiences with Yale’s internationally recognized faculty.
The program begins with an online kick-off session on May 26, 2026 and culminates with the two-day event on June 17 and 18, 2026, at The Ellinikon Experience Centre, in The Ellinikon, the new smart city being created to upgrade the life and daily experience of its residents and visitors. The partnership between Humanis and Yale School of Management marks a significant moment for the Greek leadership and entrepreneurship ecosystem, bringing to the country an internationally prestigious program that seeks to bridge the rapid development of technology with ethics and innovation with the human dimension of leadership.
