Development Minister Takis Theodorikakos visited Florina alongside Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, emphasizing that the government’s Development Law is backing productive investments in border regions while creating hundreds of job opportunities for young people.
Following their visit to the VIPE Florina industrial facilities (Tottis Pack), Takis Theodorikakos made the following statement:
“Your Group has been included in the Special Support scheme for border regions — a framework we established, Mr. President, at the Ministry of Development, supporting exactly what you are doing here: productive investments close to the borders, in the frontier regions of our country, generating hundreds of jobs for young people. This way, they have a stronger opportunity to stay here, work here, and build their families.”
He concluded by adding: “You have the Ministry’s unwavering support, and I believe that is demonstrated above all by the Prime Minister’s presence here today. Through the Development Law, we are supporting productive investments in border regions.”
