Karystianou extends Independence Day wishes to Guilfoyle
According to the party’s statement, Maria Karystianou had a brief conversation with US Ambassador to Greece, Kimberly Guilfoyle. During their exchange, Karystianou congratulated the American diplomat on the anniversary and spoke about the shared ideals of independence and democracy that have historically united the two nations.
It is worth noting that the movement’s leadership participation in today’s US national holiday event is part of a broader series of engagements with foreign diplomatic missions in Athens. Over the coming weeks, meetings have been scheduled and will take place with the Ambassadors of EU member states, the People’s Republic of China, the Russian Federation, the Republic of India, and other countries.
