An arson attack involving two Molotov cocktails took place in the early hours of Wednesday at a café on Agios Nikolaos Square, in the Agios Panteleimonas district of Athens. The incident occurred at approximately 1:30 a.m., when two unidentified men approached a café-hookah lounge that was open and serving customers at the time.

The two perpetrators hurled both Molotov cocktails at the establishment, setting it ablaze. Staff on the premises responded swiftly, managing to extinguish the flames before they could spread and averting what could have been a far more serious incident.
Arson attack in Agios Panteleimonas: Suspects still at large
No injuries were reported as a result of the attack, despite the café being full of customers at the time of the incident. Authorities are actively searching for the two suspects and are currently investigating the motive behind the attack.
