Regarding the statements made by Nikos Kakavas, president of POGEDY (Panhellenic Federation of Geotechnical Civil Servants) on Kontra Channel about upcoming legal cases concerning OPEKEPE, he elaborated when speaking to parapolitika.gr. Specifically, Mr. Kakavas explained that he gets his information from journalists, and that he has no additional information beyond the fact that the new “serious” legal case coming, among the six new ones, will involve political figures, ministers, MPs and administrative officials.
It should be noted that in his interview on Kontra Channel discussing the OPEKEPE cases, he said that “a fourth case is coming which will be very serious,” clarifying that this will involve “political figures, ministers, MPs and administrative officials,” with a timeframe from 2022 to 2025.
However, speaking further on the matter to parapolitika.gr, when asked about this “very serious” case, he said that “all the websites and journalists have written about this, I get my information from journalists, thousands have written about these things, journalists have said them, newspapers have written them, what the cases contain has already been written,” he also clarified that “this has been going on for 11 months.” “Everyone says that a case will come that covers up until summer 2025,” he noted.
