CrediaBank has announced the reconstitution of its board of directors. Specifically, CrediaBank has announced the appointment of Antigoni Lymberopoulou as a new non-executive member of the board. The bank’s official announcement reads as follows: CrediaBank S.A. (the “Bank”) hereby informs the investing public that, during the board of directors meeting held on 29.07.2026, and following a relevant recommendation by the Corporate Governance, Nominations, Human Resources & Remuneration Committee, Ms. Antigoni Lymberopoulou was elected as a new non-executive member of the board of directors, replacing former non-executive member Mr. Nikolaos Bakos, who resigned on 09.10.2025. It is noted that with the above election, the following requirements are fulfilled: i) the conditions set out in Article 5 of Law 4706/2020, in conjunction with the resolutions of the General Assembly of Shareholders dated 26.02.2025, regarding the required number of independent board members, and ii) the requirements of Article 3A of Law 4706/2020 concerning gender balance representation on the Bank’s board of directors. The above election shall remain in effect for the remainder of the board of directors’ term, i.e., until 26.02.2028, and will be announced by the board of directors at the next upcoming General Assembly of Shareholders, as provided by law and the Bank’s articles of association.
