Most regions of the country will officially enter winter as the weather scenario changes significantly from Monday (17/11). According to meteorologist Klearchos Marousakis, after the almost spring-like conditions of recent days and the good temperature that prevailed, a new wave of bad weather is expected that will give “a first taste of winter.” As he explained, “the atmospheric ridge that prevents bad weather from approaching our country” is retreating.
Weather: Temperature drops from Tuesday – Wednesday
Specifically, Klearchos Marousakis mentioned that the weather scenario changes from the weekend onwards, as the path “opens” for bad weather to arrive in the country, with the first coming in the middle of next week. “From Tuesday – Wednesday comes another wave of bad weather to remind us initially of autumn weather conditions and gradually lead us to a first taste of winter,” the well-known meteorologist characteristically stated. “Forecast data suggests that around November 24-25, a very cold air mass will descend, which will first affect parts of western and northern Europe and gradually reach our country, giving us a taste of winter with temperatures dropping several degrees,” the renowned meteorologist added.
