A young man believed to be the perpetrator of the murder of a 37-year-old Bulgarian outside a well-known nightclub in Burnazi has been at security offices for several hours. The suspect is a 27-year-old Greek man, a member of a gang that sells protection to nightclubs in Burnazi and surrounding areas, who confessed that he was the one who stabbed the foreign criminal due to personal disputes.
It is recalled that the victim was at a well-known nightclub with his partner when the perpetrator asked him to step outside to talk. As soon as the victim went out to the street, the young Greek man pulled out a knife and wounded him once in the abdominal area, hitting vital organs, resulting in the foreigner’s death.
At the scene, police had identified traces of the murderer from security cameras and since yesterday afternoon had been searching for him at hangouts he frequented, his home, and other locations.
