Significant rainfall is expected to occur over the next five days in the country, according to the new forecast by Giorgos Tsatrafyllias for the weather. In his new social media post, the well-known meteorologist confirms the arrival of intense and locally severe weather phenomena in the coming twenty-four hours across the country, while also referring to two “disturbances”. More specifically, the weather deterioration expected in the coming hours in several regions of the country comes in two phases, with the first starting in the early hours of Friday.

Good morning!
✅Two disturbances from the west will affect us over the next five days with considerable rainfall primarily in western Greece and secondarily in central Sterea, the Peloponnese and possibly in the southern parts of Thessaly.
👉The first disturbance will concern us from Friday early hours to Saturday afternoon, and the second from Sunday afternoon to Monday evening.
💧For the remaining regions, the rainfall does not appear to be significant at present.
🌪The winds, except for Friday in the Ionian Sea where they will reach 8 Beaufort (southerly), will not create problems.
🌡The temperature will not change significantly.
