A targeted operation by the Greek Police was carried out on Tuesday afternoon (23/09) in five cells of the Nigrita prison in Serres. Specifically, during the raid, the following items were found and confiscated:
- 7 USB digital data storage devices.
- Multiple handwritten notes.
- Printed paper.
- One memory card.
- Three SIM cards.
- One digital data device.

It is worth noting that among the cells searched was that of a 37-year-old man who has been charged with involvement in the bombing attack on a bank in Thessaloniki last May. In his cell, authorities found one USB drive, one sheet with handwritten notes, and one printed document.
The police operation was conducted in the presence of a judicial officer.
