European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen is calling Moscow to the negotiating table, announcing on Friday (19/09) the European Commission’s proposal for a 19th sanctions package against Russia to member states.

Specifically, as the Commission President stated: “We want Russia to leave the battlefield and come to the negotiating table, and this is the way to give peace a real chance.”
