Lidl Greece brings technology to consumers’ daily lives, introducing the new Non-Food Stock Availability feature. Since early September, customers can check the availability of non-food products in real time through the lidl-hellas.gr website. This makes every store visit more efficient and organized.
Lidl Greece: How the new service works
The new feature uses a traffic light system to instantly inform customers about product status:
–Green: Product is available.
–Yellow: Limited stock available.
–Red: Product is out of stock.
With just one click, users can see the product status and save time, avoiding unnecessary trips to stores.
Selecting your Lidl store for personalized availability
For the service to work correctly, users must select their preferred store in the “My Store” section. This way, product availability automatically displays for that specific store. If no store is selected, the website guides users with the “Check availability” option.
What the feature includes and excludes
The service exclusively covers non-food products and their variants (e.g., colors, sizes) and does not include food items. Availability is only shown for current weekly offers, not previous promotions. Customers see only the color-coded availability indicator without exact stock numbers. For promotional products, updates occur daily after 12:00 PM to reflect increased demand.
Benefits for consumers
With Non-Food Stock Availability, Lidl Greece ensures shopping becomes smarter and more efficient, while reducing search and waiting time in stores. The feature positions the company as a leader in innovation and digital shopping experience, offering customers a modern tool that brings them closer to everyday convenience.
Lidl Greece’s new online feature represents a breakthrough in the Greek retail market, strengthening the company’s digital presence and helping customers get instant updates on product availability. The tool enhances the shopping experience and enables effective planning for every store visit.
