DKG Development is delighted to announce its partnership with IWG, the world’s leading provider of flexible workspaces, to create a modern workplace on the first floor of the under-construction SKYWAY building, located at 24 Grigoriou Lambraki Street in Piraeus. The new space, spanning a total area of 524 sq.m., will operate under IWG’s globally recognized HQ brand, responding to the continuously growing demand for flexible work solutions in the area.
HQ SKYWAY will feature high-end facilities, including private offices, meeting rooms, co-working and creative spaces. Additionally, through the International Workplace Group’s Design Your Own Office service, businesses will have the ability to fully customize their space according to their specific requirements.
SKYWAY is part of the broader urban regeneration project Piraeus Gate, a mixed-use development that is transforming the city’s entrance. The 10-story building includes 44 modern residential units for sale, with pre-sales already underway, as well as a ground-floor retail space that remains available. The partnership with IWG aligns with DKG Development’s strategy to offer modern, flexible and easily accessible professional housing solutions in Piraeus, adapted to the evolving needs of contemporary business.
Statement from Mr. Konstantinos Petridis, Founder, Chairman and CEO of DKG Development: “Our partnership with IWG and the introduction of the HQ brand to our Piraeus project confirms the dynamism of Piraeus Gate and the confidence it inspires in the global market. This investment strengthens the local economy, contributes to the sustainable upgrading of the urban fabric and creates new opportunities for the Piraeus community.
