Greek construction and energy group Aktor acquired 450,000 of its own shares between October 1 and 9, 2026, as part of the group’s approved share buyback program. According to the official company announcement, the transactions were carried out through Piraeus AEPEY on the regulated market of Euronext Athens, bringing the total number of own shares held by the company to 1,350,000. The program was approved by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on July 16, 2026, and by the Board of Directors on September 14, 2026 — the same date on which the relevant announcement was made. The company clarifies that the disclosure of the new purchases is being made in accordance with European Regulation 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation 2016/1052, which govern the relevant transactions and disclosure obligations.

The société anonyme operating under the name “Aktor Société Anonyme of Participations, Technical and Energy Projects” and the distinctive title “Aktor Group of Companies” (hereinafter the “Company”) announces that, further to the share buyback program announcement dated September 14, 2026 — approved by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on July 16, 2026, and by the Company’s Board of Directors on September 14, 2026 — during the period from October 1 to October 9, 2026, the Company acquired a total of 450,000 own shares, as follows:

The transactions were executed through the regulated market member of Euronext Athens, “PIRAEUS SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME FOR THE PROVISION OF INVESTMENT SERVICES” (the “Piraeus AEPEY”).
Following the aforementioned acquisitions, the Company now holds a total of 1,350,000 own shares.
