Under heightened security measures, with riot police units deployed, a cruise ship carrying Israeli tourists arrived at the port of Agios Nikolaos in Crete. According to information from parapolitika.gr, very few protesters, who are not local residents, rushed to the scene, while three of them appear to have caused tensions. The Israeli tourists responded to the protesters’ chants with Israeli flags.

According to the same sources, one arrest has been made so far.
However, a large gathering took place at the lake of Agios Nikolaos with citizens demonstrating in support of Palestine and against Israeli attacks.
