Greek Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis held a phone call today with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. According to the Greek Foreign Ministry, the conversation highlighted “the longstanding depth of the strategic relations between Greece and the United States, and Greece’s role as a regional pillar of peace and stability.” The two ministers also discussed bilateral and regional issues, with a focus on the 6th round of the Greece-US Strategic Dialogue, as well as the latest developments in the Middle East, Iran, and Ukraine.
