Greek Health Minister Adonis Georgiadis has dismissed allegations about equipment at Corinth Hospital as deliberate propaganda by those who “cannot stand the real progress of the National Health System (NHS).” Taking to social media, the minister responded to an anonymous complaint claiming that the equipment he officially inaugurated at the hospital was borrowed and not actually operational. Alongside the anonymous comment, Georgiadis published a signed testimonial from a doctor at Corinth’s Emergency Department directly refuting the claims, saying he was also responding to “this ridiculous video that unfortunately many people believed.” The minister concluded defiantly: “We will defeat them once again, because it would be a shame for our Greece to fall into the hands of these sick people.”
