The ADEDY civil service union has announced a 24-hour nationwide strike, following the expected strike by municipal workers on April 24. Specifically, teachers will participate in the strike, bringing changes to school operating hours. Students from all educational institutions across the country (kindergartens, elementary schools, middle schools and high schools) must attend classes normally and study with teachers who are not participating in the strike. Regarding public transportation, no decision has been made by the unions about what will happen on that particular day.
