An informal teleconference of Energy Ministers of the European Union is taking place tomorrow, aimed at ensuring that energy costs will not undermine the EU’s competitiveness and citizens’ welfare.
Specifically, the teleconference will be attended by the Minister of Environment and Energy, Mr. Stavros Papastavrou, and the Deputy Minister Mr. Nikos Tsafos.
The Ministers are also expected to discuss the “EU’s coordinated approach to the energy situation in relation to developments in the Middle East”.
