A shocking traffic accident occurred in Messolonghi, when a driver hit a student on her bicycle. According to information from messolonghinews.gr, the student was moving in the opposite direction to the vehicle’s path when she attempted to cross and was struck by the car. The bicycle was thrown and ended up hitting a second vehicle that was following, while the young girl fell onto the windshield of the first vehicle.
The student sustained minor head injuries and was taken to the local hospital as a precautionary measure. Police rushed to the scene and are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
