Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that Russia is currently negotiating regarding Ukraine only with the United States. Specifically, Peskov stated in an interview with Channel One: “At this stage, we are talking about negotiations with the Americans.” He also emphasized that European Parliament resolutions regarding the need to bring Europe to the negotiating table cannot be taken into consideration at this time.
It’s worth noting that Russian President Vladimir Putin stated yesterday (27/11) that the outline of peace proposal plans discussed by the US and Ukraine in Geneva could serve as the basis for future agreements to end the conflict, but noted that if this doesn’t happen, Russia will continue fighting.
