As Diddy‘s sentencing approaches, 50 Cent continued stirring up rumors by writing an “open letter” to the judge, describing the reasons why he should not be released. Today (October 3rd), Judge Subramanian is set to impose his sentence, but rapper 50 Cent decided to express his opinion online with his own statement – although his version was more satirical than heartfelt.

50 Cent: Sarcastic letter to Diddy’s judge
The rapper posted a sarcastic letter addressed directly to Judge Subramanian, along with a photo of the judge himself. He didn’t stop there, as he also included Combs’ son, Justin. The open letter read: “Dear Judge Subramanian – I have an ongoing feud with Puffy for over 20 years. He is very dangerous. Many times I feared for my life. I think you should consider public safety, Mr. President, before unleashing him against them. He didn’t have enough time to make reforms or make any adjustments, despite his attempt to teach a lesson there. As you already know, the government has spent the maximum amount of money developing federal services, which appeared to be an army, at two locations simultaneously.”
The 49-year-old then turned his attention to Justin Combs, writing: “Later, his son, who faces his own rape charges, claimed that the Feds had hit the wrong house. Anyway, Diddy will go back to recruiting more men working in sex and keeping most of the baby oil away from the general public. And babies need it!” “My Netflix documentary about this scandalous matter will be released soon.” He wrote in the post’s caption: “This is my letter to the judge in Diddy’s case. What I’m scared for my life!” Before closing casually with a “hahaha”. Rushing to comment, one fan wrote: “Bro has no peace when it comes to Diddy.” Another added: “I thought you were talking seriously for a second then.” While a third person simply called him a “threat” who “must be stopped at all costs.”

Diddy: The charges, trial and Cassie Ventura
The court reached a final verdict in early July, after completing Combs’ two-month trial, with the rap mogul being held in federal custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn for his alleged crimes since September 2024. He denied all five charges he faced – but was found guilty on two related to transportation for prostitution of his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, as well as another woman who was given the pseudonym “Jane” to protect her identity.
In June, three more civil lawsuits were filed against Combs, alleging sexual abuse. In one lawsuit, Justin Combs was even named as a co-defendant, with gang rape charges dating back to 2017. Diddy’s team has repeatedly denied the allegations, issuing the following statement, according to Mirror: “Regardless of how many lawsuits are filed, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or exploited anyone for sexual exploitation.”
