At Windsor Castle, Marine One landed at 2 PM on Wednesday, carrying the American president, Donald Trump and his wife Melania Trump for the start of their two-day official visit to the United Kingdom. The royal family prepared an impressive reception for the American presidential couple. Prince William and Princess Kate formed the first line of reception for Donald Trump and Melania Trump at the Walled Garden of Windsor Castle. The Prince and Princess of Wales then accompanied the distinguished guests to Victoria House, where King Charles and Queen Camilla were waiting for them. Despite initial concerns about Camilla’s health, who was unwell on Tuesday, her participation in all the events of Trump’s official visit was ultimately confirmed by official royal sources.

Official welcome ceremony for Donald Trump and Melania at Victoria House
The official reception of Donald Trump and the First Lady took place outside Victoria House, with King Charles and Queen Camilla welcoming them with full honors. The Household Cavalry band provided musical accompaniment to the ceremony, followed by the playing of the national anthems of the US and Britain.

A total of 80 soldiers were present at the ceremony, accompanying King Charles in the official procedures at Windsor Castle. The king and President Trump then began a traditional carriage tour of the Windsor estate. Additionally, the visit program includes a private visit by the Trump couple to the grave of the late Queen Elizabeth II, where they will lay a wreath. This will be followed by a special military ceremony on the East Lawn of Windsor Castle.

- Flight of American F-35 military aircraft over the Castle
