Yemen’s Houthis confirmed that an Israeli airstrike killed their government’s prime minister and several ministers in the capital Sanaa, according to Al Jazeera.
It should be noted that the Israeli military attacked Sanaa on Thursday, as tensions in the region escalate amid Israel’s war in Gaza.
According to Yemen’s Al-Jumhuriya television channel and the Aden Al-Ghad newspaper, Houthi Prime Minister Ahmed al-Rahawi was killed inside an apartment, while several of his associates also met tragic deaths during the Israeli attack.
