At least one person died today (24/8) from a gas cylinder explosion at a toy store in Moscow, according to state media reports from Russia.

The explosion occurred at the Central Children’s Store, known to most Russians as the Detsky Mir toy store. It is located on Lubyanka Square near the central offices of the Federal Security Service (FSB), the main successor to the Soviet KGB.
The building housing the toy store, which also contains restaurants, shops and a cinema, was evacuated, Russian news agencies reported.
The Mash channel on the Telegram app reported that a helium cylinder had exploded.
