A 28-year-old U.S. Army non-commissioned officer was arrested for the shooting that resulted in five soldiers being wounded at Fort Stewart base in Georgia, USA.

Brigadier General John Lubas, commander of the 3rd Infantry Division, said the reason why 28-year-old Sergeant Cornelius Radford shot other military personnel remains unknown, clarifying that the weapon used was not a service weapon.
According to the briefing from Fort Stewart command, five soldiers were shot and after receiving first aid were transported to a military hospital for further medical care.
Fort Stewart military base is located approximately 64 kilometers southwest of Savannah, Georgia, in the southeastern United States.
