A proposal has been put forward, supported by the US, for a 60-day ceasefire, which provides for the gradual release of hostages, the withdrawal of Israeli forces from parts of Gaza and discussions for ending the conflict.
According to reports, Trump will host the Qatari leader at a dinner at the White House on Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM (local time). It is noted that the American president stated on Sunday that he hopes the talks for a ceasefire agreement will be “cleared up” this week.
