White House chief of staff Susie Wiles has been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer, but will continue working during her treatment, President Donald Trump announced today. “Her strength and commitment to continue doing the job she loves and does so well, while undergoing treatment, says it all about her,” Trump stated in a post on his Truth Social platform.
Wiles served as Trump’s 2024 campaign manager and is considered one of his most important political advisors, keeping the White House more “disciplined” compared to the Republican’s first term in office.
