“Staged attacks by the enemy”, Iran declares
He also stated that some of the reported attacks may have been “staged,” saying that “we have repeatedly warned that the enemy may orchestrate certain attacks to create discord between us and other countries.” “We did not start nor initiate this war,” he added. “This is not a war of choice.
