Russia: Despite ongoing diplomatic efforts, has escalated mass strikes against Ukraine
Despite ongoing diplomatic efforts, Russia has escalated mass strikes against Ukraine in recent months, primarily targeting energy infrastructure. The attacks have led to widespread power, water and heating outages, dramatically worsening living conditions as the country faces a particularly harsh and cold winter.
Ukrainian authorities warn that pressure on the civilian population is increasing, as drone and missile attacks continue despite discussions about potential de-escalation of the conflict.
