Justice Minister Giorgos Floridis launched an attack against the opposition, particularly targeting PASOK, during the debate on the unconstitutionality objection regarding the amendment concerning the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Floridis commented that PASOK is becoming a follower of the leftist “fragments,” with Nikos Androulakis heard telling him at that moment: “This is disgraceful! Don’t lecture us about PASOK…”

Despite the reaction from the leader of the main opposition, the Justice Minister persisted, emphasizing that PASOK, with the “little text” it submitted, resorted, like the rest of the opposition, to “superficial legalistic tricks because it lacks a narrative.”
