Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis held a significant meeting with Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew at the facilities of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America in Manhattan. This diplomatic contact was conducted in the presence of Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, strengthening ties between the Greek government and the Orthodox Church. Upon Kyriakos Mitsotakis’ arrival at the Archdiocese, he was welcomed by high-ranking ecclesiastical officials.
