KKE: ND, PASOK and ELAS clash over who is less — or more — corrupt
As the KKE emphasizes, “given that the Mitsotakis government, PASOK and Tsipras’s party are aligned on the critical issues of anti-people policies and serving capitalist interests — as their troubled past and present make abundantly clear — it is only natural that their disputes revolve around who is less or more entangled in corruption.” The Communist Party concludes that “this confrontation, however, is entirely repulsive and fundamentally alien to the interests of the people, for whom what truly matters is how they will break free from both the old and ‘new’ perpetuators of the dominant political agenda — by placing their own modern needs at the center and standing alongside the KKE.”
