A request to the Parliamentary Committee on Institutions and Transparency, as well as to its Presidency, with a copy to the Parliament President, was submitted by Zoe Konstantopoulou. Through her request, she asks for Tal Dilian and Grigoris Dimitriadis to be summoned to the competent committee, according to articles 43A and 41A of the Parliamentary Rules, in order to testify regarding issues concerning the phone surveillance case.
According to an announcement by Course of Freedom, “this request comes as the third consecutive request by the president of Course of Freedom to the Parliamentary Committee on Institutions and Transparency, following the initial request to summon the Director of the National Intelligence Service and the Supreme Court Prosecutor, and the request for the forced appearance of Supreme Court Prosecutor Konstantinos Tzavellas before the Committee on Institutions and Transparency”.
