Ioanna Mandrou spoke about the new massive case file regarding OPEKEPE that is expected to reach Parliament at some point on “Parapolitika 90.1” with journalists Vassilis Skouris and Sotiris Xenakis. The journalist emphasized that it will concern approximately 10 MPs for whom immunity lifting will be requested. According to her estimates, we can expect some development within March, but according to the journalist’s information, the developments will concern only MPs and not ministers, nor former ministers.
However, Ioanna Mandrou concluded, this case file – which we have been waiting for since September – has been delayed because the cross-referencing of individuals based on recorded material that the European prosecutor’s office has from telephone communications is time-consuming.
