All eyes will be on the Ethics Committee of the Greek Parliament tomorrow, Tuesday, as the session will take place regarding the request for the waiver of immunity of the 14 MPs who participated in the preliminary investigation committee for Christos Triantopoulos.
It is recalled that this specific request was submitted following the criminal complaint filed by Maria Karystianos on April 10, 2025, and concerns the alleged criminal acts of a) breach of duty (Article 259 of the Penal Code), b) abuse of power (Article 239 of the Penal Code) and c) high treason (Article 134 of the Penal Code), because the aforementioned MPs “voted for and signed the Report dated 04-04-2025 for the prosecution of Christos Triantopoulos”.
