Health Minister Adonis Georgiadis announced in a post that the three injured from the accident involving a van carrying PAOK fans have been transferred to a hospital in Timisoara, Romania. As he emphasized, all three are conscious, while the ministry remains in continuous communication with Romanian authorities to provide any assistance required.
In his post, Mr. Georgiadis stated among other things: “From the moment I learned of the tragic accident involving PAOK fans in Romania, I contacted the Romanian authorities. The three injured are conscious and are currently being transferred to the University Hospital of Timisoara. We will have more information about their health in a short while. We are ready to provide any kind of assistance needed or to transfer them to Greece if the doctors deem it necessary.”
