An alert was sounded on Wednesday afternoon, November 19, in Corinth, when a man’s body was discovered floating in the Corinth Canal. According to Korinthostv.gr, Coast Guard officers found him floating in the water when they arrived at the scene.
Corinth Canal: Man transported to hospital
Coast Guard officers retrieved the man from the water and brought him to shore, where he was picked up by an ambulance and transported to Corinth Hospital.
There, doctors confirmed his death, while an order was given for a forensic examination to investigate the cause of death.
