Specifically, they face criminal charges for criminal organization, premeditated murder, serial offenses, conspiracy, completed and attempted homicide, forgery (misdemeanor), theft (misdemeanor), drug trafficking, purchase and possession (felony) and for personal use (misdemeanor), felony money laundering from illegal activities, aggravated weapon possession and carrying, illegal weapon carrying, possession and use, and aggravated property damage. The defendants have been referred to an investigating magistrate.
