Chaos erupted in the Neraida neighborhood of Larissa on Thursday afternoon. According to reports, a 41-year-old man began chasing his 37-year-old cousin’s wife through the middle of the street wielding an axe.

The woman ran out into the street and began running in panic, screaming for help.
Neighbors and passersby immediately rushed to help her and called the authorities.
Upon seeing them, the 41-year-old fled and has since been sought by police.
