Another fatal car accident occurred in Crete, resulting in a man losing his life when his car plunged off a cliff.

According to information from parakritika.gr, the accident occurred in the early hours of Monday (27/10) in Anogia Lasithi, specifically at Kounali in Pano Merambello, when under circumstances unknown at this time, the driver lost control of the vehicle and it veered off course, resulting in it plunging off a cliff.
A strong force from the Lasithi Fire Service rushed to the scene with 4 vehicles and 12 personnel to free the driver from the car, which had been destroyed. Unfortunately, the firefighters handed over the unfortunate driver dead to the EKAB paramedics.
