Family Lawyer of Dead Baby in Paros: “The Child Was Constantly With the Mother, Father Wasn’t There”
On ANT1’s morning show “To Proino,” family lawyer Kostas Dokimakis spoke about the case. “The truth will be revealed through the forensic examination findings regarding the cause of death. The mother is in deep grief,” the lawyer emphasized, continuing that “the father wasn’t there during the critical time. He was notified by doctors. The child was constantly with the mother.”
According to the lawyer, the baby appeared unwell at the beach, as it “cried for many hours.” “Based on what the father has said, because the mother cannot speak as you understand, the child was wearing a hat, was in shade, and was given milk and changed… It was a family that went for a swim,” the lawyer also said. He further mentioned how the child was transferred to the Health Center unconscious, while the mother is not in a position to speak about when she realized the baby was not breathing.
