Two wills left by the 68-year-old camping owner have come to light, raising new questions about the shocking double murder case in Finikounda, Messinia. Specifically, as revealed, the 68-year-old who was murdered on Sunday evening (5/10) inside his business reception along with the 62-year-old caretaker, had left a new will just three days before his death, canceling the old one and giving a new twist to the authorities’ investigations. It should be noted that this will was drafted on October 2, 2025, and deposited the same day with the notary, while the first had been deposited a year earlier, specifically in October 2024.
Finikounda Messinia: He disinherited his grandson and his mother
Specifically, as revealed by a Mega TV show, the 68-year-old in the first will left his sister €150,000, his sister’s son €100,000, and the 36-acre camping site, while to his niece the amount of €200,000. Additionally, it stated that the nephew should contribute financially to the caretaker’s survival, until he sold the property. However, in the new will he drafted a year later, he leaves his sister €100,000, his sister’s son €100,000 and the 36-acre camping site, and the caretaker €200,000 and 8.3 acres. Furthermore, according to information, in the old will he left 2.3 acres to his grandson (son of his niece), however, in the new one he leaves these specific acres to the caretaker as well. Essentially, in the new will he disinherits his grandson and his mother.
“Three days before the murder he told me he changed his will”
It should be noted that, as revealed on a Mega TV show by the mother of the camping owner’s nephew, the 68-year-old had informed her about changing his will. “Three days after the murder, the 68-year-old called me and told me he had changed his will. As he had told me, in the original will he left property assets to his nephew, the caretaker, and his niece who was his sister’s daughter. He hadn’t told me specifically what he left to each one. In the second will he excluded the niece and left his property exclusively to my son and the caretaker. He didn’t tell me the content, he just told me he had gotten angry with his niece because she kept asking him for money. He wasn’t a person you could ask questions if he didn’t tell you,” she said.
