The incident began when an elderly woman was alerted by her neighbor that an unknown man was inside her house. The woman returned home and saw the man in her house and yard carrying a backpack and bag, pretending to feed the cats. It’s worth noting that a television crew happened to be at the scene for another news story and began recording his movements.
