Another tragedy on the asphalt for the country, as a traffic accident occurred shortly after midnight on Thursday (18/9) on Vouliagmenis Avenue, at the height of the old American base in Elliniko. According to information broadcast by ERT, three passenger cars and a taxi collided with each other, resulting in the death of a 64-year-old woman and injuring three other people, specifically two men aged 21 and 22 and a 70-year-old woman.
Fire service personnel rushed to the scene with six firefighters and two vehicles, who freed the 64-year-old from the wreckage, unfortunately without consciousness. The injured were transported to Red Cross Hospital. Traffic police are conducting an investigation into the causes and circumstances of the accident, while traffic at the scene was disrupted for several hours.
