Police officers from the Sub-Directorate for Combating Crimes against Life and Property of the Directorate for Combating Organized Crime conducted searches in cells at the Korydallos Detention Center in the early hours of Monday, September 15.

Korydallos Prison: Legal case filed against two inmates
In this context, legal proceedings were initiated against 2 inmates, for violations of measures ensuring social peace, in combination with moral complicity, as well as violation of weapons laws. More specifically, from the searches conducted in the cells by officers from the Extortion Unit, among other items, the following were found and confiscated:
- improvised knife
- 2 mobile phone devices
- 2 mobile phone chargers
- 2 pairs of headphones
The legal cases that were filed will be submitted to the competent prosecutorial authority.
