Athens launches 24-hour Metro, Tram and bus service every Saturday

Starting this coming Saturday, September 13, and every Saturday thereafter, 24-hour operation of Metro, Tram and buses begins, with OASA issuing a related announcement. Specifically, OASA informs the traveling public that from Saturday, September 13, 2025, and every Saturday, 24-hour operation of 11 additional bus routes begins, beyond the routes that already operate 24-hour or night services. At the same time, from the same day and every Saturday as well, Metro (lines 2 and 3) will operate on a 24-hour basis, along with Tram lines T6 and T7.
