“Today in the early morning hours, during an emergency transfusion to a patient at our clinic and in deviation from the strict procedures we follow, administration of a blood unit intended for another patient was started. The incident was immediately noticed and the procedure was stopped without delay,” states the announcement from “Euroclinic”.
