“There is no hit-and-run. She hit with the car and was taken to the hospital where examinations were conducted. She is a woman with two children, she has not given any statements until today. The test results have not come out, we are awaiting them,” claimed Michail Sanidas, one of the lawyers of the 45-year-old driver of the Porsche, who was involved in the crash in Thermi, Thessaloniki.
“The 45-year-old is still in shock. She took the breathalyzer test and it showed 0.08. We lost a digit. How is it possible for a person driving a left-hand drive vehicle to have injuries on the right side?” added the woman’s other lawyer, Konstantinos Oikonomou.

It should be noted that Michail Sanidas added that the 45-year-old signed at her own responsibility that she wanted to return home, as she was in shock. “The doctors naturally told her, you are leaving at your own responsibility. Legally there was no abandonment. The woman who picked her up called 100,” the lawyer added.
The shocking crash occurred in the early hours of Friday in Thermi, Thessaloniki, and the images coming to light resemble a bombed landscape: Cars destroyed, metal sheets, plastic and glass all over the road. Mega reports that the Porsche was moving at dizzying speed and dragged another car. After the collision, the Porsche also sustained damage.
From the Porsche’s license plate, authorities easily reached its owner, who according to Live News is a woman known in social circles. She owns manicure-pedicure businesses and reportedly that night of the unthinkable collision she was with a well-known hairdresser, which means she was not the one driving the Porsche.
What the 26-year-old victim’s mother says
The mother of the 26-year-old driver of the other car told Live News: “Since morning we’ve been living a nightmare. The kids were coming by plane, they were going to catch their flight to come find us in Ikaria. We’re living a nightmare, fortunately my child has escaped danger.”
“I woke up in the morning and saw a message on my phone that her boyfriend sent me, and he sent me a message saying we were in a car accident. We almost died. She abandoned them, how is it possible that she abandoned them and was driving at such speed, all this, for me it’s intentional, she would have wanted to kill, I don’t know. These people are dangerous,” she added.
