Disturbance erupted on Tuesday evening (26/8) in Chania. According to zarpanews.gr, incidents occurred at 21:30 in the Nea Chora area, specifically at Papanikolaou Beach, when a 23-year-old female tourist, who had consumed a large amount of alcohol, attacked a 16-year-old girl following an argument between them.

The same report states that the 23-year-old tourist was in a state of rage and police were called to the scene. Shortly after, she was arrested on charges of bodily harm.
